Lawler Favored Over Woodley on UFC 201 Odds for week-end
There is lots of drama surrounding UFC 200, but even as we move towards UFC 201 fans are just getting excited about an excellent conventional card.
Headlining the function shall be Welterweight champion Robbie Lawler, who may have won five right and eight of his final nine fights. He’ll accept the Tyron that is much-improved Woodley the final fight for the evening.
The co-main occasion of UFC 201 will dsicover Rose Namajunas and Karolina Kowalkiewicz square off in a battle to function as number 1 contender into the women’s Strawweight division.
Lawler comes into UFC 201 while the No. 4 pound-for-pound fighter worldwide in line with the UFC but he is not a huge favorite for their battle. He is laying -210, which can appear to be a number that is small you take into account just how dominant he has experienced protecting their belt and how little Woodley has shown to this point.
However, we have seen in current bouts – with Michael Bisping upsetting Luke Rockhold and Eddie Alvarez stunning Rafael 2 Anjos – that any such thing sometimes happens within the Octagon.
Lawler has been doing some devastating, relentless battles recently in which he’s shown that he has no quit to him. Even after five rounds with Johny Hendricks, Rory MacDonald and Carlos Condit, he had been ready to get more. He plainly has more in the tank than many fighters.
