Crown Resorts wants to produce a deal for its vacant acreage regarding the Strip simply north of Fashion Show Drive in Las vegas, nevada, but only for the right price.
Crown Resorts is attempting to sell its land that had been allowed to be the house of Alon vegas, plus the home comes with some neighbors that are rather prominent.
In late 2016, Crown announced it had been abandoning Alon, a planned 1,100-room casino resort across from Wynn Las vegas, nevada. The Australian hospitality and entertainment conglomerate happens to be looking to offer the 34.6 acres where the project had been become built for $400 million.
